Hyperlocal official updates, search for local police, fire, mayor accounts. Search for fire + city name and click “latest” for newest info, but be mindful of potential misinfo: https://search.twitter.com -> realtime
If near a fire, Google may have an SOS Alert: https://www.google.com/search?q=wildfire
